Nancy counsels children, adults and families with an emphasis on integrative functional nutrition therapy. She is a national speaker on gluten related disorders including in Puerto Rico. Nancy is the author of the Gluten Free Friends and Activity Book for Kids and contributing author of various book chapters, published various types of literature for professionals and patients.

Nancy's media appearances include Huffington Post Live. She sits on various advisory boards, ie, Beyond 
Celiac. She is the editor of Celiacnow.com. She is an adjunct professor for the Dept. of Nutrition at West Chester University and was an adjunct lecturer for the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Nancy olds a certificate of Training in Integrative and Functional Nutrition from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She also completed the SIBO Academy GI Dietitian's Roadmap course.
