Struggling with my own autoimmune and digestive issues is what sparked my interest to pursue a profession in human nutrition. I was amazed to discover the profound impact a persons diet can have on their overall health and quality of life. Learning about my own situation was an eye-opening experience. The thought of not having to take medication, and to be able to drastically improve my symptoms through diet alone was inspiring. This is what led me towards this path, wanting to share my knowledge to help others. Healing the body from within through proper nutrition as medicine is a worthwhile journey.
When not assisting clients, I enjoy spending time outdoors connecting with nature. Hobbies include: snowboarding, hiking, running, yoga and reading. I also enjoy spending time with my family, as well as riding horses. I find joy in helping people succeed in living a healthier lifestyle, so that they can continue to do the things that they love.
